② All threaded connection nuts have been tightened.

④ All obstacles have been removed and all unnecessary constraints have been removed.
⑤ The power system can operate normally.
⑥ The bowl buckle connection points of all bowl buckle scaffolds have been tightened.
⑦ All relevant personnel have been in place and all irrelevant personnel have been evacuated.
⑧ All reserved bolt holes or embedded parts shall meet the requirements of article 6.3.1 of technical code for safety of attached lifting scaffold in building construction (dgj08-905-1999).
⑨ All fall arrest devices function normally.
